And Also

St Etienne's 'Avenue' single 1992
  • Avenue (Gordon King Mix)
Originally on the 12" Promo, then released as a CD. Later, it re-appeared on the limited gatefold version of St Etienne's 'Too Young To Die' singles compilation. Then finally on the St Etienne's remix compilation 'Casino Classics'. Not so much a remix as an quirky instrumental version of the song with film dialogue clips over the top.

World of Twist also are mentioned in Saint Etienne's 'London Belongs To Me' on their 1991 'Foxbase Alpha' album.

"To the sound of the World Of Twist
You leant over and gave me a kiss
It's too warm to even hold hands
But that won't stop us from making plans"
